Peter Wittrich sets to music characters and scenes inspired by fairy tales, as well as emotional and spiritual experiences from the story, which is popular with all generations. Following the successful publication of his piano solo cycle The Little Prince (ED 23028), the poetic images of this timeless story inspired him to create a new, more opulent edition for piano duet full of sound and poetry.
